CITY/COUNTY/STATE FEDERAL IMMIGRATION
BAIL BOND: document with which bail is achieved: a document in which the prisoner released on bail and the person who pays the bail money promise that the prisoner will appear in court at a set time CITY/COUNTY/STATE If your family member or friend is being detained at a city jail or county jail, most likely they are being held on a misdemeanor or felony charge. Sometimes the jail will hold you on charges regarding a civil matter. If the judge releases you on your own recognizance, that means you will be let out of jail and must appear at a later date. If the judge sets a bond, then cash can be posted at the jail. If you post cash at the jail and fail to appear in court, most likely you will lose that money and the judge may issue a warrant for your arrest. The whole process will start all over again. Also, if you post cash at the jail, most likely that money will be used to pay any fines or fees that are due. In any case, I recommend that you call me in order to assist you. The fee for this type of bond is 10%. You must also put up collateral to secure the bond. Collateral will later be released when the bond is over. FEDERAL If your family member or friend is being detained at a federal detention facility, most likely they are being held federal charges. The fee for this type of bond is 20%. You must also put up collateral to secure the bond. Collateral will later be released when the bond is over.
IMMIGRATION BONDS If your family member or friend is being detained by the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), the government is concerned of their alien status. If they are here illegally, most likely the y will be deported. An immigration bond may be required for them to be released. The cost for an immigration bond is 20%.
These bonds will only be done with the agreement that the defendant will appear in court. I will need to secure some kind of collateral in order to make the bond happen. Collateral will be secured and held in a fiduciary capacity, and will only be released when all liabilities have been satisfied. whether the defendant is found to be INNOCENT or GUILTY does not matter. It is important, however, for the defendant to GO TO COURT. If you have any questions or if your ready to make arrangements for a bail bond, don't hesitate, call me right now so we can discuss the terms. I can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
